Fresh Air Horticulture Florist Limited is a privately owned Abuja-based horticulture company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 with Companies Limited by Shares Memorandum of Association.

The objectives for which Fresh Air Horticulture is established include carrying on horticulturists businesses such as designing, planting, cultivating, and supplying synthetic grass and ornamental flowers.

We are the leading growers of ornamental flowers, shrubs, trees, and plants in Wuse Zone 6 Abuja, F.C.T., Nigeria, working as nurserymen to establish nurseries, greenhouses, flower gardens, and other related.

Aside from horticulture and landscaping, Fresh Air Horticulture Florist Limited exists for the following aims:

  • To import and export synthetic grass, flowers, plants, flower pots, landscaping, and decorating materials.
  • To carry on business as food processing and thereby produce, wash, sort, select, slaughter, cut, dress, extract, husk, shell grind, mill refine, purify, and otherwise prepare farm and agricultural produce for food and market.

Also, to treat, pasteurize, homogenize, care salt, smoke, dry, frees, deep-freeze, freeze-dry, and others engage in preserving foodstuffs and produce.

  • To carry on the business of mechanized farming and agriculture in all its branches (which includes but is not limited to) crop farming, rearing of livestock, feed milling, arable and fruit farming, manufacturing, and distribution of agric products, flour merchants, poultry farming, animal husbandry, piggery, fish farming, deep-sea fishing, trawling and sales of the same products.
  • To engage in agricultural services such as supplying agricultural implements, tools, mechanical equipment, pest control, rodent control, consultants, pest control, equipment, pesticides, and allied chemicals. 
  • Also, to operate as exporters and importers, common agents, land use programme, and engaging in all other business, the company may find suitable to enable it to realize its set objectives.
